Citigroup to price 2.5-year buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 3, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of at least 16.45%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC as a dealer.
The notes will price on Nov. 17.
The Cusip number is 17325K370.
