Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.59 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 3, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, subject to a maximum payment of $11.14 per PLUS.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
