Citigroup to price enhanced barrier digital plus notes on SPDR Dow ETF

Minneapolis, Aug. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Sept. 29, 2022 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones industrial average ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the fund finishes at or above the barrier price, 80% of the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fund return and the fixed return of 18% to 20%. The exact fixed return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will receive a number of ETF shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial price or, at the issuer’s option, the cash equivalent.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Sept. 25.

The Cusip number is 17324XDB3.
