New Issue: Citigroup prices $7.69 million buffer securities on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $7.69 million of 0% buffer securities due Aug. 27, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 180% of the index gain. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the 10% buffer.
