New Issue: Citi sells $1.34 million 0.5% market-linked notes on index, ETF basket

Columbus, Ohio, July 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.34 million of 0.5% market-linked notes due Jan. 30, 2023 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index with a 33.34% weight and the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the the iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond exchange-traded fund, each with a 33.33% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
