Chicago, July 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of callable step-up coupon notes due July 6, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 2.15% for the first three years, stepping up to 3.25% on July 6, 2020, to 3.5% on July 6, 2021, to 4% on July 6, 2022 and to 5% on July 6, 2023. Interest will be payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par on any quarterly date after three years.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
