Citigroup plans enhanced buffered digital notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., June 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due July 2, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 18% to 21%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on June 27.

The Cusip number is 17324CKA3.
