New Issue: Citigroup prices $4.57 million buffered digital notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., May 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.57 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Sept. 25, 2018 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be $1,070 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
