New Issue: Citi sells $1.69 million contingent coupon autocallables tied to stocks

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, May 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.69 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity linked securities due April 30, 2019 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Western Digital Corp., H&R Block, Inc. and Charles Schwab Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 9% if each stock closes at or above its 50% coupon barrier on the observation date for that month.

The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon unless any stock finishes below its 50% trigger, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing stock.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
