New Issue: Citigroup prices $5.76 million buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, March 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.76 million of 0% buffered notes due Feb. 4, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 160% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,202.40 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
