New Issue: Citigroup prices $14.11 million buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., March 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $14.11 million of 0% index-linked notes due Sept. 7, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,223.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
