Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.76 million of 0% market-linked notes due July 3, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any index gain, up to a maximum of 80%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as agent.
