New Issue: Citigroup prices $3 billion 3.2% 10-year notes to yield 145 bps over Treasuries

Eureka Springs, Ark., Oct. 17 – Citigroup, Inc. priced $3 billion of 3.2% 10-year notes to yield Treasuries plus 145 basis points on Monday, according to a market source.

The notes (Baa1/BBB+/A) priced in line with talk.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the bookrunner.
