New York, June 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $327,000 of 0% barrier digital plus securities due Dec. 3, 2019 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket includes the S&P 500 index with a 33.34% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 33.33% weight and the Nikkei 225 index with a 33.33% weight.
If the basket’s final level is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the 16% fixed return.
Investors will receive par if the basket declines but not beyond the barrier level of 80% of the initial level.
Otherwise, investors will experience a loss of principal that is proportionate to the decline of the index from its initial level.
