New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.41 million market-linked notes on ETF, index basket

Morgantown, W.Va., May 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.41 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 29, 2021 based on a basket of three underliers, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket components are the iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond exchange-traded fund with a 50% weight, the S&P 500 index with a 25% weight and the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 25% weight.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket gain.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
