New Issue: Citigroup details $2 billion sale of 10-year notes to yield 3.424%

Charlotte, N.C., April 27 – Citigroup Inc. provided additional details about the sale of its $2 billion of 3.4% 10-year senior notes (Baa1/BBB+/A) on Tuesday in a FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 99.798 to yield 3.424%.
The notes priced in line with guidance at a spread of Treasuries plus 150 basis points on Tuesday, according to a market source.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the bookrunner.
