Citigroup plans buffered PLUS on WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund

Columbus, Ohio, April 4 – Citigroup Inc. plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 5, 2018 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of at least 30.35% that will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.

The notes (Cusip: 17323P165) are expected to price on April 18 and settle three business days after pricing.
