New Issue: Citi prices $319,000 enhanced buffered digital notes linked to Russell

Chicago, March 1 – Citigroup Inc. priced $319,000 of 0% enhanced buffered digital notes due Feb. 28, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level or falls by up to the 15% buffer, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 18.8%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
