New Issue: Citigroup prices $13.06 million buffer securities due 2017 on Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 11 – Citigroup Inc. priced $13.06 million of 0% buffer securities due July 12, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any index gain up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,258 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the 10% buffer and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.
