New Issue: Citi prices $2.13 million contingent coupon autocallables on Deutsche X-trackers Harvest

Chicago, July 31 – Citigroup Inc. priced $2.13 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due July 31, 2020 linked to the Deutsche X-trackers Harvest CSI 300 China A-Shares ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 8% if the fund closes at or above its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the valuation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the fund closes at or above its initial level on any valuation date beginning July 25, 2016.

If the fund finishes at or above the barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
