Citigroup plans to price 10-year floating-rate notes linked to CPI

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 5 – Citigroup Inc. plans to price floating-rate notes due March 27, 2025 linked to the Consumer Price Index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be 1.38 times the year-over-year change in the CPI. Interest is payable monthly and cannot be less than zero.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price March 24.

The Cusip number is 1730T06D6.
