New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.13 million trigger performance securities on iShares MSCI EAFE

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Jan. 29 – Citigroup Inc. priced $3.13 million of 0% trigger performance securities due Jan. 31, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 156.5% of any fund gain.

If the fund finishes at or above the trigger level, 75% of the initial level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the agents.
