New Issue: Citigroup prices $15.5 million 0% notes linked to Russell 1000

New York, Aug. 29 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $15.5 million 0% principal-protected notes linked to the Russell 1000 Growth Index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
At maturity, holders will receive par plus the return on the underlying index, averaged once a month over the life of the notes. Holders will not receive less than par.
