New Issue: Citigroup prices $51.75 million 0% notes linked to S&P 500
New York, June 28 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $51.75 million 0% principal-protected notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
At maturity holders will receive par plus the return on the underlying index, averaged once a month over the life of the notes. Holders will not receive less than par.
Citigroup was the underwriter.
