Citigroup to price market-linked notes on MSCI World index

Madison, Wis., June 3 - Citigroup Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Jan. 2, 2020 linked to the MSCI World index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The average index return will be the average of the index returns on each quarterly valuation date during the life of the notes.

If the average index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 95% to 105% times the gain. The exact upside participation rate will be set at pricing.

If the average index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes are expected to price on June 27.

The Cusip number is 1730T0R92.
