Citi plans four-year barrier notes linked to iShares China Large-Cap

Chicago, Feb. 14 - Citigroup Inc. plans to price 0% barrier securities due March 2, 2018 linked to the iShares China Large-Cap exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 105% to 115% of any fund gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 35% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 65% trigger level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Feb. 27.

The Cusip number is 1730T0J91.
