New York, April 27 - Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. sold $22.75 million of 2.5% principal-protected notes linked to the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity is par plus the percentage by which the average value of the underlying index exceeds 13.75%, the sum of the interest payments over the life of the note. The average is based on monthly measurements.
Citigroup was underwriter for the sale.
