Citi plans enhanced barrier digital plus notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Aug. 26 - Citigroup Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Sept. 27, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above the barrier level, 70% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any gain and the 16% to 20% fixed return. The exact fixed return will be set at pricing.

Investors will otherwise be exposed to any losses.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 24 and settle three days later.

The Cusip number is 1730T0UV9.
