New Issue: Citi prices $7.41 million barrier digital plus notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, July 29 - Citigroup Inc. priced $7.41 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due July 30, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the barrier level - 70% of the initial level - the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any index gain and the fixed return of 16%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
