Citigroup to bring benchmark-size sale of 10-year notes on Thursday

New York, Feb. 14 - Citigroup Inc. is expected to price a benchmark-size offering of 10-year notes (Baa2/A-/) in Thursday's session, an informed source said.

The bookrunner is Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

Citi last priced 10-year notes in a reopening of bonds due Jan. 2022 to add $500 million on July 31, 2012. Those reopened notes sold at Treasuries plus 235 basis points over Treasuries.

The financial services company is based in New York City.
