Citigroup plans trigger performance securities on Vanguard FTSE EM

New York, Nov. 4 - Citigroup Inc. plans to price 0% trigger performance securities due Nov. 30, 2018 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 125% to 135% of the fund return, with the exact participation rate to be determined at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls more than 25%.

The notes (Cusip: 17321F656) are expected to price on Nov. 25 and settle on Nov. 29.
