Citigroup to price buffered PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, Nov. 1 - Citigroup Inc. plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 3, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of at least 23%. The exact maximum payment will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the 10% buffer.

The notes (Cusip: 17321F664) are expected to price on Nov. 29.
