Citigroup Funding files $1 million shelf

Washington, Feb. 18 - Citigroup Funding Inc. filed a $1 million shelf registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration allows the company to issue debt securities, convertibles and index warrants.

New York-based Citigroup Funding said proceeds of offerings authorized by the shelf would be used for general corporate purposes.
