Moody's: Citigroup view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed all of its ratings on Citigroup Inc. and its major subsidiaries including Citibank NA, but changed the rating outlooks that were previously stable to negative.

Moody's said the change in the outlook follows the resignations of Vikram Pandit, who was Citigroup's chief executive officer and board member, and John Havens, who was the president and chief operating officer at Citigroup.
