New York, Dec. 2 - Citigroup Inc. priced $500 million of 3.625% three-year notes on Friday at a spread of Treasuries plus 323.9 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (A3/A-/A+) were sold at 99.949 to yield 3.643%. They are non-callable.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the bookrunner.
Senior co-managers were Blaylock Robert Van LLC, CastleOak Securities LP, MFR Securities, Inc. and MR Beal & Co.
