New Issue: Citigroup prices $3 billion 6.5% five-year notes at Treasuries plus 337.5 bps

New York, Aug. 12 - Citigroup Inc. priced $3 billion of 6.5% five-year senior notes Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 337.5 basis points, an informed source said.

The notes priced at 99.941 to yield 6.514%. There was no guidance prior to pricing, the source said.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in New York City.
