New Issue: Citigroup prices $550 million 10-year floaters at Libor plus 170 bps

Omaha, May 6 - Citigroup Inc. priced $550 million of 10-year floating-rate notes late Tuesday with a coupon of three-month Libor plus 170 basis points, an informed source and market sources said.

Terms were not available at press time.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in New York City.
