New York, April 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $216,000 of 6.2% callable equity linked securities due July 6, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the 60% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
Starting in July 2024, the securities may be called at par on any quarterly review date.
