New Issue: Citigroup prices $23.77 million 10.65% callable contingent coupon notes on indexes
New York, April 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $23.77 million of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due April 9, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.65% paid monthly if the worst performing index closes at or above its 65% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called starting July 5 at par and on any subsequent quarterly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 65% final barrier. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
