New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.8 million callable contingent coupon equity linked securities on ETFs

New York, March 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.80 million of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due March 11, 2027 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF and the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 15.5%, paid quarterly, if the worst performing ETF closes at or above its 80% coupon barrier on the related valuation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.

The securities may be called at par on any quarterly review date starting March 10, 2025.

The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing ETF ends at or above its 70% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines.
