New Issue: Citigroup prices $230,000 digital notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $230,000 of 0% digital notes due Dec. 31, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A knock-out event will occur if the closing level of the index on trading any day is equal to or less than its 85% downside knock-out level or equal to or greater than its 115% upside knock-out level.
If a knock-out event does not occur, the payout at maturity will be 15.25%. If a knock-out event occurs, investors will receive par plus 5.25%.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
