New York, Feb. 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $6.01 million of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due Feb. 12, 2026 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF and Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 15.15% paid quarterly if the worst performing ETF closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called starting May 7 at par and on any subsequent quarterly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing ETF ends at or above its 70% final barrier. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
