New Issue: Citigroup prices $393,000 7.85% callable equity-linked securities on indexes
Chicago, Feb. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $393,000 of 7.85% callable equity-linked securities due Nov. 26, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be paid monthly.
The securities may be called starting in August 2023 at par and on any subsequent monthly determination date.
If the worst performing index gains or declines but ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
