Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 5.15% single observation Equity LinKed Securities due Feb. 19, 2025 linked to the performance of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the worst performer finishes below its 86% downside threshold, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of that index below the threshold.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
