New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.77 million enhanced barrier digital securities linked to indexes

Chicago, Jan. 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.77 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Feb. 13, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index finishes above its 70% final barrier then the payout at maturity will be par plus the 9.35% digital payment. Otherwise, the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
