New Issue: Citigroup prices $575,000 7.6% callable contingent coupon equity notes on Dow

Chicago, Dec. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $575,000 of callable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Oct. 31, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 7.6% paid monthly if the index closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.

The securities may be called at par starting Oct. 30, 2023 and on any subsequent monthly review date.

The payout at maturity will be par if the index ends at or above its 50% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
