New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.02 million enhanced barrier digital plus notes linked to Euro Stoxx

New York, Nov. 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.02 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due April 4, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above its 80% final barrier level, then the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the 36% digital payment and the index return, subject to a maximum return of 75%. Otherwise the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
