Chicago, Oct. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% dual directional barrier securities with autocallable feature due Oct. 10, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index closes above its initial level on Oct. 16, 2023, the notes will be redeemed early at par plus a 15% premium.
If the index gains the payout will be par plus 100% of the index return.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return if the index declines but ends above the 70% final barrier.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the final barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
