Chicago, Oct. 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $742,000 of 0% autocallable market-linked securities due March 4, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a 13% call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on Oct. 2, 2023.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any index gain in the least performing index. If the least performing index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
