New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.07 million autocallable buffered notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.07 million of 0% autocallable buffered notes due Oct. 8, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 9.9% call premium if the index closes at or above the initial index level on Oct. 14, 2024.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the return of the index.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by no more than 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline of the index beyond 10%.
